Virtual Town Hall Celebrating Older Americans

Older adults have built resilience and strength over their lives through successes, failures, joys, and difficulties. The national grantees of the Senior Community Services Program (SCSEP) invite you to join us to celebrate the strength of older adults and discuss solutions to the challenges they face as they attempt to reenter the workforce.

Panelists will discuss the policies and programs needed to ensure older workers have the skills and resources to reenter the workforce. The panelists include the Honorable Roy Blunt (invited), The Honorable Tom Cole (invited), The Honorable Rosa DeLauro (invited), and the Honorable Patty Murray (invited). Terry Owens, former host of “2 The Point,” the longest-running public affairs show on Baltimore TV, will moderate the discussion.
